This is a reusable premium-quality mask with replaceable filters for personal protection against bacteria, infections, and airborne viruses.
The respirator consists of three parts.
1. Respirator body
The respirator body is made of hypoallergenic polypropylene. The service life of the material is 50 years and with careful handling, the respirator can serve even more. This respirator closes the issue by purchasing a regular mask or a disposable respirator. The respirator body is adjacent to the face only along the contour. The skin is not in contact with the entire area of the respirator, as it is with disposable or fabric masks. This is the solution for a careful attitude to the skin.
2. Protective cover
An external protective respirator cover allows you to quickly and conveniently change the filter in just 15 seconds.
3. Replaceable filter
Each respirator is equipped with replaceable filters with a protection level from FFP1 to FFP3 (depending on the selected protection class). Additional filters can be purchased separately.
It has triple protection against viruses and germs. The filter consists of three filter layers, for maximum protection:
1 layer - external (external)
It performs a filtering function and consists of a non-woven material that is made according to the Spunbond/Meltblown/Spunbond technology.
2 layer - filtering (medium)
It is designed for small filter particles (dust, poisonous gasses, bacteria, microbes, viruses, fungi, etc.), and provides a microbiological barrier.
It consists of a multi-layer non-woven material that is made according to spunlace technology, cotton/viscose.
3 layer - inner
It performs a filtering function and serves to protect the main barrier layer from moisture. It provides high absorption of wet particles in the form of sweat and water vapor emitted by the user of the mask. It consists of a blended spunlace nonwoven fabric, linen.
Disinfection
The respirator can be regularly washed under warm, running water using soap or a soapy solution to disinfect the complete body from viruses and bacteria.

The use of a respirator reduces further airway protection costs. The material of the respirator does not absorb odors, unlike disposable respirators and masks. A small filter can be changed at the slightest suspicion of an unpleasant odor.
